Got a great deal on my surfboard, but it only lasted for two sessions in 3-foot waves. After that, I noticed a few cracks in the tail. The store service is 5 starts.

I'm from out of town, popped in en route to Burleigh Heads. Pretty good range in this shop with nice discounts! Bought myself a pair of Archies flip flops as they don't have them back where I am at! The lady at the store was friendly and came over to assist and I sought her opinion that helped me nudged over to which sizing I should be settling for. =

Really disappointed today when an older male staff member screamed unnecessarily at my 3 year old daughter who had dropped display sun glasses in the store. He frightened not only her, but myself and the young girls working in the store. Another customer even looked at me with absolute shock that he could've yelled so hard and loud at her. The silence he brought to every person in the store was embarrassing for your business and a poor representation of any existing company values.nnWhat a shame it couldn’t have been handled differently. He left a tiny 3year old toddler shaking.nPossibly working in the wrong industry? Compassionate approachable people work in customer service, not abusive men.nnShame on you.

Love coming in here, they’re so helpful and such good deals to be found!! I’ve bought everything from wetties to fins, kids clothes and beach chairs
