Biggest selection of ugg boots you have ever seen, lots of styles and colors to choose from. Factory is right there in the same building, so if you go there in the morning you can have a tour around and learn how sheepskins transform into uggs.

The number of different custom-made Ugg boots you can get here was amazing. This is where they are made, and the quality of the finished product was excellent. Bought 3 pairs for my wife and daughters and they absolutely love them!

This would have to be one of my worst retail experiences ever. The price changed at the checkout after having spoken to the same staff member when trying on some Ugg boots. The price changed at the checkout because the pair suggested by the sales assistant was a multi colour pair and because they were a size bigger. Needless to say there wasn't any mention of that during the fitting process. Staff have a really bad sales culture and don't seem to mind or are even aware of it. Unfortunately, there is a lack of honesty and openness in their dealings with customers.
