Great value stay just a bit outside the town. Some rooms have mountain view and staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived 2 hours befor the standard check-in time but since our room was ready the reception were happy to do early check-in for us. Thanks again. Cheers :)

The best service. Price reasonable! Queenstowns best accommodation. Jacob is the best manager of reception.

Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities&location, kitchen utensils all bit worn out, welcoming staff, Wi-Fi was bit on and off but overall nice place

Their suits are clean and spacious. The communal kitchen is equipped with commercial equipments. It was nice to have chances to cook our own meals during a long trip. The rate was a bargain. The reason for only 4 stars is because there is no lift/elevator in their three story building. We have to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. I would recommend to stay on the first floor for people carrying their ski equipments.
