Quick and very good service. The shoes arrived quickly and are exactly as they appear on the site. They are very light-weight and didn't cause any blisters on the first wearing. It was a bit of a trick learning to walk in them because obviously they are platforms so do not flex, but I had it within a few hours.
Absolutely gorgeous shoes. I could tell they would be like walking on air, just by trying them on. Sadly I had to return them because the strap wouldn't fit around my ankle. There is nothing wrong with the strap size, it was just my ankles. I loved them, so I was really disappointed when they didn't fit. Highly recommended, and the range of colours are amazing.
Absolutely love the style and comfort of these shoes- however they are not true to size. They run small so I would recommend up sizing if you are going to purchase

I ordered the threadbo black boots and love them! True to size. Easy to put on. Comfortable. They go with just about any outfit. Can't fault them.
I bought size 7 in 3 different boot styles and they fit differently. Paying for return shipping is fair but also makes me not want to purchase as it's hard to get sizing correct.
Honestly love therapy shoes. Such good quality shoes for a great price. All of my shoes from there are exactly what i wanted and were so cute and comfortable. I get most my shoes from Therapy, even my work shoes. I recommend them to everyone I know.
The boots are amazing but what was better was the incredible customer service. There was a complication with my order and it was rectified so quickly and with a genuine care factor, I was kept up to date all the time with emails and didn't even need to follow up. Thank you!
