Super rude shop manager. Was going to buy but he started to complain that we were taking too long to choose. Decided not to buy the $200 shoe thinking why I should buy from someone so rude. Avoid this shop if you want a good shopping experience! **Revised my review from 1 star to 4 stars not for the shop manager but the brand. Their customer service team and state manager was quick to respond, taking on customer feedback seriously. Will buy from their brand again but from a different store.
The service is unprofessional and the staff seems to treat different clients in different ways. We unfortunately somehow had a bad one!!!
The manager in Bundoora is really looking after me and is nice to do business with. He also gives me good deal and have good relationships when it's comes to his customer.
Great quality shoes. Bought two pairs and wore them at many formal functions. Amazing customer service.
Editing my review: Even though the shoes I bought were of poor quality, Aquila did the right thing and refunded my money, I've since changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars please fix future product quality issues before they are sold to the public. Bought some shoes from here about a year ago and just remembered the experience now. The sales assistant was nice and helpful while I selected some shoes and I left the store feeling good. After wearing the shoes about 3-4 times, they immediately looked like they were a year old and completely worn out. Not only that, the cheap leather stretched FAR too much and they don't fit me properly anymore. I was in absolute shock that a company could use such cheap and poor value materials in such expensive shoes. I've had them sitting in my cupboard for the last year as I'm too embarrassed to wear them out. A complete and utter waste of $100. I've tried MANY different brands of shoes, and these Aquila's are by far the worst in terms of quality while being exceedingly over-priced. This is a common theme I hear about Aquila shoes. in that they look good in the store, however after 1 or 2 wears, the truth comes out and they look worn and tattered. As an example, I have a pair of Floresheims that are about 4 years old which I've worn many, many times, that look BETTER than the Aquila's that I wore about 4 times.
