Great customer Service very helpful

Wouldn't exchange unused Birkenstock shoes shortly after Christmas. Horrible customer service, staff very rude and unhelpful.

Cheaper and easier to buy online in future.

I have never received such bad customer service. Scared to go back there as the lady was so rude. Try shop other stores if you can.
