Today at 2.30pm at unihill Bundoora, we were served by the most beautiful, happy and very helpful Katherine. This was so refreshing and we all walked away commenting on what a lovely person she is. Thank you for a wonderful experience and keep up the amazing work

[23/03/2019 - Midday-ish] Came in on a huge sale day, and the uplifting help of the staff made 2 hours of shopping fly by! Very courteous with trying to help me decide on what to buy, finding sizes, and holding my items so I wouldn't have to lug them around while shopping more. Special thanks to the girl with glasses and the black Bob Ross shirt, and the girl with the glasses with the red shirt. Also the selection was great with multiple brands and styles. Loved the wall layouts for the Addidas sneakers most of all.

I came into Platypus Uni Hill today to purchase some shoe protection spray and was taken care by a lovey young woman name Jade. She was able to give me a recommendation of the products available, direction on how to apply the product and her own experience while using the product. I was pleasent to she was able to show her personality when taking care of me, which made me feel like she went above and beyond the expection of her role. I will definitely be coming back when I have shoe/sneaker needs. Came for shoe spray, left with a good shopping experience and a great chat.

Went to purchase Dr Martens and immediately had staff in my face. I told them I did not need help but they were very pushy. No sales on a lot of shoes also which seems strange being an OUTLET, Would love to know why. Will not be back .

I just had a lovely experience today with Katherine. She was just so nice and helpful.

The staff were so pushy and followed me around the whole time, making me very uncomfortable and anxious. In the end I didn't even try anything on and bought what I wanted elsewhere. Please stop making your customers anxious, it's hard enough for so many people to just go out in the first place. Not just disappointing but very upsetting.

A LOCAL GUIDE A REVIEWER YOU CAN COUNT ON TO HAVE YOUR BACK!  - Chanel at Playtpus  Shoes, in Bundoora is extremely rude and pushy and when I went to refund a pair of shoes that were brand new from South Wharf forced me to exchange them for a pair of shoes I never even wanted! Lucky Carrington at Northland had my back.  Prior to this I had been in the store 4 or 5 times and always failed to get service, I DON'T RECOMMEND THE STORE TO ANY ONE MAKE A TRIP TO SOUTH WHARF OR NORTHLAND.

All these sale signs in the Timberlands in the window, walk in, ask staff if they were on sale had full price sticker, she said no and walked off. Super helpful!

Same company under VANS,   Wanna buy Old school pink one and official website is 49.99.  this store 69.99 but they refuse match price! Just another VANS store in same Centre, but they still refuse exchange right size to VANS. What a joke. Don’t know why they are under same company!
