It's been 9 weeks and as promised I took down my 1st review.nI come here up to 5 times a week for their variety of food stuffs and coffee. I am always greeted with a happy and cheerfull greetings. The shop is always well stocked and clean even the toilet especially after some truly disgusting people have visited. This is why I keep coming back. Great work from all the staff
Was in there tonight to get fuel and a few things and the cashier was so rude and I really think she's in the wrong type of job. She was snappy, never made face contact at all, not even a 'hi' or 'evening' nothing. I even said enjoy your night and nothing from her, apart from a grumble. Way to go Shell Coles Express, good way to make customers go else where for their fuel.
Horrible service from lady name Kym behind the counter. I live in Maroochydoore been that place many time. Unfortunately it’s a repetitive bad service from her. Once or twice understandable but every time not acceptable. Can’t even give a smile to the customers! Wonder how company like Coles still putting staff who need more attention and training on customer service. Last night 02/09/202 around 10:30 pm, no one in the store, greeted her, no reply, after payment said have a good night, no reply. Really bad experience every time!!!
Great Service Every Time... just a bonus that they sell fuel too nnThe staff here at this location are all wonderful, this is my go to station after work every week.nThe lovely banter along with clean fuel pumps and spotless store make it an ideal place to fill up or top up.nMichelle, Julie, Kym, Tammy and Peter are all exceptional when it comes to customer service, they are attentive and are there on hand to help with anything.nThanks for being open during covid and thanks for putting yourselves on the front line for us to fill up our tanks.nIt’s my go to store regardless of petroleum prices due to their exemplary service, why not make it yours and give it a go yourself. nThanks from the little Fiat that loves visiting your service station.
The lady on shift around 9:00AM she is really rude. I went to the store for coffee and asked her to use toilet and she rudely said no to me. I am a regular costume of this store and she done the same many times. It’s really disappointing.
