I visited the 7-11 petrol station in Maroochydore this afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by any of the staff members. When I approached the counter to pay for my items, the cashier did not say a single word to me. The lack of basic customer service and polite greetings made my experience at this petrol station extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the poor service. One star rating is generous

The staff is super unfriendly. I bought an ice cream, she scanned it and it said $3.50. Then she said no this is too cheap and said “just give me six dollars”, although it was a cheap budget ice cream.

I went to this 7/11 to get some hot water to make a coffee and got a dash of milk for it... I  was going to buy a 1.5 ltr water ... but when the operator wanted $1 for the dash of milk I said no thanks to the water .... this is the second time this has occurred at this store. I do buy fuel and food there also... or Rather I Used To!!!!!nI was told buy another operator there that because I use my own keeper mug it wasn't an issue getting a dash of milk for my coffee f which is my coffee not a made coffee from their machine...nI'm not a thief but was made to feel like I was!nI'm not well off and I'm actually Homeless and living in my car as I can only work 18hrs a week due to Serious Illnesses and Injuries!!!nI'm Sorry 7-Eleven some of your operators are Not Nice People!!! And some are Awesome!!!

There is No Expiry time for all of the pies in the hot selves . Even the console operator is explaining in the night times there will be No time frame for the pies , he is the worst customer service ever in the 7 -eleven stores.. He himself asking me do you want the pies or not..after the discussion with this guy name Mohammed sameel  doesn’t have badge  .. offered me free but anyhow payed. ..
