7-Eleven Maroochydore Nth

I visited the 7-11 petrol station in Maroochydore this afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by any of the staff members. When I approached the counter to pay for my items, the cashier did not say a single word to me. The lack of basic customer service and polite greetings made my experience at this petrol station extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the poor service. One star rating is generous

Bilal is such a ray of sunshine! I am staying in the area and walked up to buy a donut. I was feeling a bit flat. I left feeling wonderful just from his friendly cheerful way of interacting with me.

I went to this 7/11 to get some hot water to make a coffee and got a dash of milk for it... I was going to buy a 1.5 ltr water ... but when the operator wanted $1 for the dash of milk I said no thanks to the water .... this is the second time this has occurred at this store. I do buy fuel and food there also... or Rather I Used To!!!!! I was told buy another operator there that because I use my own keeper mug it wasn't an issue getting a dash of milk for my coffee f which is my coffee not a made coffee from their machine... I'm not a thief but was made to feel like I was! I'm not well off and I'm actually Homeless and living in my car as I can only work 18hrs a week due to Serious Illnesses and Injuries!!! I'm Sorry 7-Eleven some of your operators are Not Nice People!!! And some are Awesome!!!

No public toilets I was here dropping off for quick toilet. But disappointed

We ordered 10 boxes of donuts for our wedding and the staff were so helpful in organising the order after we were let down from another supplier. Thank you.

At 5.00am every day the coffee area, and two large front door mats are extremely dirty. Staff absolutely refuse to keep the coffee area clean, even though it would only take 2 minutes to clean the coffee area regularly. Only 0 to 2 cars come into the Petrol Service Station every 10 minutes at this early 5.00 am morning time. Disappointing and very unhygienic. Compare the two 7 Eleven stores in Mooloolaba Beach Mooloolaba Esplanade shops/cafes, which are immaculately clean compared to this store.

Great staff Love the coffee

Do not give them your business. They abuse customers and are stuck in the past. Their business practices are appalling. Go to a Caltex or something.
