Absolute Joke the reviews say it all 2.3 Stars. How can a. Organisation be proud of this?nTerrible service.nOver 1.30 hour, wait just to update my ID and unlock my banking ap.nThey wouldn't help me over the phone and said I must go into a branch.nOne person helping a stack of people waiting.nThis is no reflection on the people that work here.nThe management obviously have no idea about customer service.nThis used to be the best bank.
Waste of time!nnI went many times ,contacted many people in the office. The worst experience I had was with John.nHe didn't even dressed up properly.nI waited more than 2 hours to talk to him, he was arrogant, rude and unhelpful. In the end, he somehow promised to organise card debit for me .nIn three weeks, I checked with another chabby man, he checked with the office and told me the card was not ready. He advised me that they will call me when my card is ready.nAfter two months,I went to Caloundra branch, the teller advised me that they didn't even order a card for mennI didn't expect such a waste of time, and such arrogant behaviour.
Horrendous experience. They said 45 mins waiting time and 3 people before me. I waited 1.5 hrs and still waiting. Everyone who was here are long gone and none came near me. Soon closing my acc from commbank and will move to other bank. Imagine spending your whole day just to visit 5 mins job at a bank. Writing this review from the bank.
The customer service is so bad,not all the staffs fault,although some of them could do with a course on how to interact with customers.But do find it bad that you have to wait so long to see someone about your request for advice on you account and then have to talk to someone in full view of other customers about all your personal account details.
This is not a reflection of the staff at the MAROOCHYDORE branch. They were doing their best to help people. But wait times over 2 hours to see a business banker and cant get an appointment for 3 weeks. Completely understaffed and overwhelmed.nnCombank shut my TRUST bank account with no notice due to inactivity..nnIf you want to be a business banking leader you need to let people book business banking appts online or through the app message system. I do not have time during the week to wait 2 hours in a queue.nnAlso maybe don't close peoples accounts with no warning?nnThis took me over 5 hours to fix in wait times on the phone and queue...nnGet better or people will move banks
