One of the better Shell Reddy Express stores I've visited. Pumps were easy to access, the shop was tidy, and checkout was nice and quick. Cheers to the team.
You can grab a coffee here has snacks etc too. Nice servo
Went there today 30-9-25 at 10.04 am. The staff mender 1773 was so rude. Went there to clam my ready express peel n win tickets, That expired the same day i tried to claim them, and took them off me and said was going to send them into head office.nEven that I had until 11:59pm that day 30/9/2025 to claim then, she didn't want to deal with it. Really not happy that they didn't want to fulfill there promotion terms and conditions.
How much money does shell make yet all your squeegees are busted.
I been there several times to make sure my review is correct.nTerrible customer service!! .. most of the staff are SO RUDE , they treat you like a second class citizen - its more likely transference, as only low life’s treat people badly for no reason. They’ve shown me who they are.nThe coffee that is usually lovely from Coles tastes awful there and if the coffee bean draw needs emptying - they expect you to do it as they are too busy! They clearly need a lesson in HUMILITY.
