Rudest manager on the coast. Pumps don't work but she is denial. Not the job for her.
I been there several times to make sure my review is correct.nTerrible customer service!! .. most of the staff are SO RUDE , they treat you like a second class citizen - its more likely transference, as only low life’s treat people badly for no reason. They’ve shown me who they are.nThe coffee that is usually lovely from Coles tastes awful there and if the coffee bean draw needs emptying - they expect you to do it as they are too busy! They clearly need a lesson in HUMILITY.
Absolutely terrible customer attitude by older lady on counter. No need for it. Have been going there for app 30 yrs with 3 cars but had enough. Caltex on Aerodrome Rd is just as convenient. I note others have a similar opinion of I think the same lady.
If you want to be treated like a piece of rubbish by the staff and spoken to like a 2 year old...this is the place for you...exceptionally rude and condescending experience at lunchtime today.
