Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the staff member working today at 4:50 AM. When my friends and I walked in, the employee decided to make a “joke” about us “having a big night” based purely on our appearance. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. If someone working for my business spoke to customers like that, they’d be fired on the spot.nTo make matters worse, he wasn’t even wearing a name badge, so there was no way to properly identify him. Shell should really ensure their staff understand the basics of respect and customer service, because this experience was absolutely foul and left a terrible impression.
Can’t explain it but this place just feels dark and depressing
The young indian lady worker was nothing but rude had a gift card voucher and she wouldn't even try to figure out how it worked then told me she was calling the police on me before accusing me of not paying for the fuel I was trying to pay for with the active in date giftcard wouldn't let me speak to her manager to resolve the issue and pay the payment
Gage was amazing and so helpful! Even helped us order a taxi and was so kind. Highly recommend
The older female attendant that was working during the 7am shift 29/11/2020 was clearly not possessing any humanity or empathy. I politely asked her if she could simply call me a cab as my battery had died on my phone and she charged me $0.50. I explained that I had no cash only card but she refused to help me. Very disappointing that something so simple and helpful seemed to not be within her capacity. I sincerely hope that someone would be kinder to her or her loved ones in a time of need with such a simple and FREE courtesy to other humans.I walked across the road and the lovely man at the night owl called me a cab. This woman is a disgrace to anyone in need
