Two light poles, one at the entrance and one at the exit. Both lights flick on and off. One is in direct line of sight from my lounge room 300 metres away at night. Is annoying and I have asked for them to be fixed. No result so far. Week 6 of the lights out the front flicking on and off. Still not fixed.
Went in for a coffee paid but ended up walking out yet again without coffee or refund. Worst service ever herenThe barista is to busy bitching about someone's wife, giggling and flirting with a customer. Seriously how long does it take to make a coffee.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Chantelle the awesome PB barista. He attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and passion for crafting the perfect coffee truly made my day. The large flat white with no sugar she prepared was not only delicious but a work of art. Her expertise and dedication to their craft shine through in every cup they create. It's clear that Chantelle and the other PB staff on today take pride in their work, and it's a pleasure to be served by someone who is so genuinely enthusiastic about making the best coffee possible-, which is rare for a service station. Thank you for consistently delivering outstanding service and with your exceptional coffee creations.
Very disappointed and rude customer servicenThe coffee was no where near like a Wild bean coffee.nI just ordered a coffee dirty chai and asked if you can do it extra hot but when coffee doesn’t taste good i went back to the lady that it taste like burnt coffee and the lady accused me for the taste as i asked for a extra hot coffee. And I asked if you know how to make a cappuccino she said yes but to be honest that was not a cappuccino at all. The milk supposed to be extra hot not the coffee shot so can you please provide some coffee making classes to your staff so that they won’t accused the customer next time for the burnt coffee if they asked for an extra hot coffee.
Most expensive fuel in town. They make some really nice coffee, and most of the staff is very friendly. However, like previous reviews, there is a rotten egg among the staff who sadly makes me want to go out of my way to avoid shopping there. Very snappy and rude. Unfortunate as the others are nice. Would recommend Coles express/Shell near the Plaza, always amazing customer service and equally good coffee.
