Story

The ex-HMAS Brisbane wreck is considered one of Australia's top ten dive sites. This dive is suitable for all certified divers. Nitrox is available.

Learning to dive with the experts at Scuba World is very safe and fun. In only four full days you can be enjoying the wonders of the underwater world.

I had the pleasure of diving with the amazing team at Scuba World over the course of a year and loved it. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional in all aspects and I learned so much from them. Also the equipment they rent and sell is top quality.nnThe dive sites are some of the best Queensland has to offer and the amount of incredible encounters I had with all sorts of animals will stay with me forever. A highlight would be diving in June with great visability and watching whales breaching during the surface interval. Also seeing my first grey nurse sharks on a trip to Cherubs Cave and Flinders Reef.nnThanks again to Mike and the team for the memories, keep up the good work!
We had a brilliant day with scuba world! We booked on last minute and they were very accommodating. We had Tim as our guide and he was so great. We had our qualification but needed a bit of help so he was perfect! The facilities were amazing and the boat trip to the HMAS Brisbane was a breeze. We felt so safe on both of our dives and loved every minute. The wreck is like another world and I would highly recommend to any divers!
Well organised team who continue to provide a safe and enjoyable experience with a warmed face towel after the second dive -definitely 5 stars for that during the current Antarctic blast!
Diving with Scuba World is fantastic! The booking process was easy, and they happily accommodated a date change due to adverse weather conditions. The staff were always very professional and friendly. The shop was modern and their facilities top notch. We completed a double dive on the EX- HMAS Brisbane. Their dive guide David was awesome. He knew the wreck well and he made the dives comprehensive and very enjoyable. At all times he was aware of our location and our wellbeing in the water. He made the dives both super safe and fun.nI cannot recommend Scuba World highly enough; they are a great dive operation, and we will be travelling to them on a more regular basis as they make diving fun and safe. They look after you so very well in all aspects diving
Excellent team. Fantastic conditions. I can definitely recommend the team at Scuba World who are friendly and professional. Well maintained equipment, efficient admin and equipment handling so you spend more time in the water. Special shout out to Jake. A wonderful dive master who helped to settled some nerves after a long break between dives. Thanks team!
