Where do I start… no bathrooms, no RACQ discount, don’t accept AMEX, was charged $200 over my petrol price, I’m questioning the calibration of the pumps I got nearly 60kms less per tank when we went back in for a refund there was another disgruntled customer having an argument with the attendant over mis payment. The young male attendant actually laughed at me when I went through the list of issues, then proceeded to charge me $200 extra.nnI am actually going to suggest that this petrol station is going out of its way to piss off its customers.nnNo doubt, someone will respond with the same answer that I have read on all of the negative Google reviews. The thing is, by now the problem is systemic, not an isolated incident, so if you read the same condescending and repeat response to this review, you will know there is little care from management about this.
Many of us drive 30-40 mins here to get E85 and the place closes at 9pm when it says 10pm both here on Google and on the United website. It's an utter insult going to that effort and arriving to a closed servo. And the phone number doesnt even work to call ahead. Who runs this place? I even had to have an argument about it with the attend a few weeks ago when I arrived at 9pm to a completely dark, shut down servo and he insisted that's when they close. Thankfully I was convincing enough to have him turn the pumps back on for me as I wasnt leaving. So is it 9 or 10pm?????
Asked for some help as the air hose connection didn’t work. The immediate response was ‘it does work, I checked it this morning!’ I then asked if the chap could come out and help? I was told flatly ‘we don’t do that’ Dreadful customer service. The basic problem is the connection to the tyre valve is broken. We won’t be back
Pay $9 dollars for a pie than it gets microwaved so It's now extremely soggy asked for refund and was told they can't do refunds. My passenger ordered a toasty that was cold in the middle and only toasted on one side a they where happy to refund the toasty.nThe bloke behind the counter was just rude and obnoxious very unprofessional as you can only complain about him to him.nRant over
Rude cashier. Similar to other reviews, extremely poor customer service. The female cashier shouted something inaudible over the loud speaker at me, which I thought was because I had taken the petrol pump out to look at the price. I had been charged $1.23 and there wasn't any petrol in my vehicle. I tried to explain this to cashier and she rolled her eyes at me and stared out the window. She told me that it wasn't an issue because no one else had reported any concerns. She dismissed me, asking for me to pay.nShe told me she had given me a warning over the loud speaker because i was using my phone and this would cause a fire. I told her i was checking the time and i use my phone for pay pass. She rolled her eyes again. I tried to explain to her again that perhaps there was something wrong with the pump, which she said sorry but that it was impossible and that no one else had said anything. I told her that these things need to be reported so that they can be monitored. As I was walking away she told me condescendingly that maybe I was the one confused. I told her she was rude.
