It wasn't a long wait time and the staff member I was talking to and asking questions was super friendly and cleared up the questions I had. I just wished I had read her name tag and remembered it as she was very nice, I've only ever experienced 1 not so happy and non friendly however haven't seen that person since. Cheers
Why when I have paperwork to put through but I’m waiting on one piece of paperwork to be hand delivered do the staff here insist that they close at 5.00pm sharp and I have to leave the premises?nThey are Services NSW but they need to learn how real businesses treat their customers in giving good service not how government run institutions have conducted business over the past 50 years.nWake up to yourselves the staff and management that work here!
I would highly recommend that you check everything before you leave and get printouts. I submitted a Blue Slip to transfer my registration from Vic to NSW. My vehicle is a diesel and Blue Slip stated a diesel but it was entered as a LPG vehicle. Roll on 12 mths when I had to obtain a pink slip to renew my registration and was told that I needed to pay to have a change of records completed to then gain the Pink slip. When I asked if Service NSW could amend their records as it was their error, I was told can't be done that I needed to get a mechanic to complete a change of records, therefore $50 out of pocket due to an error created by Service NSW. Surely being a government agency they need to be accountable for their errors, or am I wrong?
Sold my car interstate. People here made it very easy. Quite the opposite to the people in Murwillumbah who seem to delight in making every interaction complex, difficult, frustrating.
