Very difficult to speak to someone on the phone - had to wait for 30 minutes - I was then given wrong information.I went to the office to sort this out and staff at the Office were quite efficient.
Visited this office yesterday and received great service. The private sector could learn quite a bit from these public employees.. my main contact was with a lady who was trainng a new employee and appeared to be the “go to” person for information by the other staff. Great people right through my experience.
Excellent service and very experienced personnel working at this office? I had transferred my Vic licence to Qld and without a glitch!
My son and I went in to do his Learners Test today and we were served by Maggie. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The most patient, warmest and caring Customer Representative I have ever come across. Even overhearing her with all of her other customers put a smile on my face. People like Maggie truly deserve recognition for their service. Thank you
Served by Staff Leesa. Not an ideal experience to say the least. She was rude and had no interest in being courteous at all. Unhelpful and kept redirecting me online to get more information about my query. I had made the trip to interact with a person. She was expressionless and felt like she was more eager to get the line moving along and turning customers away redirecting queries online rather than assisting them with their concerns in the spot. Very unfortunate. Perhaps management should look into retraining staff in Customer Service annually and replenish staff accordingly.
Absolutely rude service via one lady named Liz, treated myself like dirt during a transfer of registration to my partner. Completely unsure why but was absolutely abysma.. Mostly other staff are lovely that I have dealt with over the year however.
Helpful and friendly staff, didn't have to wait long
12 service counters 4 staff, hour long waits minimum. Service is woeful. Typical government department.
