Service was polite and work was completed for my elderly mother but this company charges like a wounded bull. I would say that where the elderly are concerned have someone present to keep an eye on the time spent on the job.$272 to go buy a polypipe undersink fitting and replace the old one was an ABSOLUTE RIPP! Call someone else is my opinion and no doubt there will be a long winded response following ....

Very happy with quick response and quality of work. Could not have asked for better and would totally recommend this plumber to everybody. So nice to use a local and be so glad I did. Thank you.

Excellent job, Bart came out within 30min on a Saturday to fix my sink blockage at my business, and did a very thorough job, he really went above and beyond. Even stopped by the next day Sunday to check up and make sure everything was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend this local family man.

Happy to recommend Blackjade Plumbing to anyone looking for high quality friendly service on the Gold Coast that is also reasonably priced. After a kitchen sink issue, speaking with Barton he gave me a couple of options to choose from with different costs, once the job was accepted he was at my place within a few hours with his offsider, the boys were polite, clean and fixed the issue very quickly, they cleaned up all of their mess and took the rubbish away. Highly recommended and i look forward to using them in the future. A+++
