Have used The Plumbing Doctor on numerous occasions and the staff and plumbers are very nice and courteous but the (2nd) last visit was initially very good but then a few weeks later things went wrong.  I called them about the cold water tap, which they serviced, as we were finding it very difficult and hard to turn on and off.  The result of this revisit was to fix tap but was advised that new taps would be beneficial so two new taps were installed.  I was advised that the washers they had installed were not very good ones and there were better ones around....yes he installed the better ones this time and now very easy to turn off, but I do have 2 new taps.   NOW the toilet,  that was leaking and refilling all by itself day and night....to which a new mechanism was installed, is now doing exactly the same.  The cistern loses about 4 cms of water every 1/2 hour, sometimes it doesn’t even refill when it is flushed and I have to manually push the mechanism to refill it.  This toilet is used solely by my disabled son but its located in the master bathroom and the refilling of the toilet at nighttime is very very noisy.  Today another plumber is coming to fix.  Their rates are reasonable but for the cost, I do want the repairs to last for longer than 6-12 months.

Prompt attention to an emergency situation. The tradesman arrived 20 minutes after our call & fixed our broken pipe in no time at all. 
I'd recommend the Plumbing Doctor to anyone. Not the cheapest but certainly get the job done!!

Have had a few different guys from here come to our place and they are all so friendly and honest and by far the best price for reliable plumbing work. Recommend them to anyone. Thanks
