Extremely poor and ingnorant customer service. Staff Ignored my response notifying them that the contract had been cancelled. Instead decided to leave my cancelled iPad in their back room for 2 months whilst billing me for it. Staff are too lazy to help prevent the issue that arose because they didn’t need to. Complete careless rookies

Customer service was horrible, more interested in trying to get you to upgrade then actual givining great customer service. Waited over 10 days for my phone. Finally received a confirmation email saying the it had been delivered but yeah it wasn’t at my house. It got sent to one of the store called them up asking where it was turns out it had been sitting in the store for 3 days and no one had contacted me about this. Very complicated just trying to order a new phone

Staff require a personality, worst service ever!!! sent me to Apple at Robina when in fact they could of FIXED my issue with my phone. Was not interested in assisting me at ALL.... Zero for customer service.

Dear Telstra Would like to praise the way Brendan Blake who works in your Pines Shopping centre, looked after my problem with setting up my new phone. Am in recovery after having a stroke and am finding it difficult to cope with simple tasks. As the Gold Coast has such a large population of retirees it is wonderful that you have such caring and compassionate staff in your employ. Will be going back to transfer my data with one of you Technicians tomorrow, well done Telstra.
