I posted with fedex burleigh for the first time in February. As a new customer I asked for help and mention I was sending non commercial products to bali. I was given the wrong advise by the customer service person and not made aware their would be a duty and taxs fee being charged at a rate of $153. Which was more than my shipping total. He told me to put a dollar amount on it and because of this infomation is why I got charge this ridiculous amount where he should of said as its not commercial products put $10 on it. In a month time I got slammed with 2 bills. If i was advised correctly the duty and taxs bill would of been pretty much nothing. I have disputed it nurmous times and they just say the charges were correct. However that's not why I'm disputing it! It's because the customer service person gave me wrong information. I have called, emailed and all they say is the total of charges are correct. Not understanding why I am frustrated! It got passed to a guy called Matt and he said he was going to look at reimbursing me a credit of that amount for my next shipping which I was happy with that outcome. He just was waiting on management to comfirm it. Now 2 months on and more calls, emails and nothing has happened still. Matt had told me to pay the bill otherwise they will send items back to Australia. Now I wish I didn't as they think all is fine when it's not resolved still!!! Will not be shipping again . Poor customer service
My package it was sent it from overseas on Thu. 4th and arrived to AU on 8th, it was faster bring it from overseas than here... I'm still waiting since 8th till today 13th for my package which is still stucked in GC, when should be shipped 2 days ago to my house... totally disatisfied w the service.
Really helpful staff member. Went above and beyond to help me get my package. I could see he was busy and he still took the time to help me out. I didn’t catch his name but it’s nice to not feel like a pain when walking into a busy place like this! Thank you
My package was sent from overseas on Thursday and arrived here in Australia on Saturday it has taken until Wednesday to be delivered to me, I know that the COVID19 has caused delivery problems, but three day from Sydney to the Gold Coast and being charge 2 arms and 5 legs, not good and not happy
rude staff. didnt even bother to suggest alternative solution and told us to ship via AUpost instead then we called DHL and got a better deal.
Have used a number of major international couriers over the years in my business. Fedex is by far the most professional and reliable service by far, supported by courteous and efficient staff. Thank you Fedex.

I came here to send some documents overseas and was met with efficiency and friendliness, not to mention the in house Wilson they have!
A helpful staff member answered my questions and gave me necessary forms to send a parcel to USA.
Great customer service and excellent service delivery. I received my package right on time.
