Absolutely rude service via one lady named Liz, treated myself like dirt during a transfer of registration to my partner. Completely unsure why but was absolutely abysma.. 

Mostly other staff are lovely that I have dealt with over the year however.

Made me walk 15 minutes in searing 40 degree heat to go to the bathroom. Location in ridiculous spot with minimal access to public transport. Telephoned ahead of time to ask what I needed and was not told I would need proof of address. Spent $20 on taxis to and from the bank to get proof as public transport is sub par
