All the doctors are so very kind, caring, understanding, talented and they really take the time to listen and go out of their way to get you the best care possible. I highly recommended this amazing team of Doctors, Nurses and Support staff. Thank you for all that you do.

Horrible reception staff. Just tried to make an appointment but had to have an argument about whether or not I had been there before, despite the surgery having my details, I was told I was basically lying and saying I had never been there. Not sure why I had to have that argument when all I wanted to know was whether there were any spare appointments today. So disappointing and frustrating when you are unwell.

I see Dr Paul Hamilton at 19th Avenue Family Practice. He has an amazing bedside manner and is always wonderful with my kids. He takes the time to sit and listen and looks directly at you when you’re speaking. He doesn’t make you feel intimidated as some doctors do.

The doctors are good but the receptionist staff very much let the practice down. Have had a few experiences that made me reconsider going back

Seems like they are not willing to take new patients. Quite bad to be honest.
