The only experience I have had with this company is through a recent display of complete arrogance, intimidation and bullying by one of their delivery drivers.  He was tailing me closely on a local road which is undergoing a major upgrade (Northgate), the traffic was heavy and there was only two narrow lanes.  The driver obviously didn't like the fact that I was driving safely - quite a few metres away from the car in front of me - which is considerate and safe. I guess his tiny wee brain worked out that I was responsible for the road works and the slowness of traffic.  So, he tail-gated me all the way along the road, right on my bumper - and when I wound my window down to get a look at him in my rear view mirror, he was mouthing off at me, thrashing his arms around, waving at me and making childish gestures with his face. Two year olds behave better than this.  I phoned the company and fed this back to Brian, hopefully this big bully of a driver will learn from this and not be so intimidating and threatening on the road in future.
