I'm just gone say 4 star. Because when you pull the big mac the stuff slowly falls and it's hard to correct. Staff are a blessing some people are out right dirty not these guys

We went to the play area for the kids. The room was dirty. The tables and floors were not cleaned at all. There was an unpleasant smell and no proper ventilation.
Very bad service. I went into the walk-in area at the front entrance around about 12.30am wanting to make an order. I was ignored by several staff members who weren’t even busy and were playing on their phones. They definitely knew I was there waiting but continued to ignore me. After 15 mins of waiting I was eventually shouted at by a very rude and patronising young woman that they were only accepting orders from the drive-through. During the prior 15 mins of waiting I also witnessed the same woman verbally abuse someone through the drive-through window and laugh at them with her co-worker. After she told me drive-through only, a man came and quite rudely slammed the door shut on me as I was leaving. I don’t understand the point of keeping the walk-in area open if they aren’t going to be accepting walk-in orders. They have the staff to serve customers and make the business money, but appear too lazy to do so. Management needs to be aware of this. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last time as I will not be coming back.
