Amazing service from all workers here. Other McDonald's need to come see how it's done here (especially Auckland branches). Lovely older lady in charge who went the extra mile for us. Thanks so much!

After ordering a family pack, costing around $40. The staff had bought us our oder, I had realized there was no straws. I went back to the counter to ask for 4 straws. I was told we had 2 ask for the straws when we made our order. I was upset, because my 72yr old aunty had to drink her drink from the paper cup. As I expected, the cup had caved in and spilt onto her. That's why I hated our visit to McDonald's f/f restaurant

Okay. Nothing different from other mcdonalds restaurants. At least they got my order right. If using the drive through, always check your order before you leave.

The burger buns crumbled & fell apart when touched & It seems as thought my big macs had just been sitting on standby for a couple hours, terrible quality.The fries for my supposed ' large' order barely filled half the packet. They offered no sauce & gave me one tiny serviette.Very underwhelming, won't be going back ever.

Restaurant was clean and tidy despite being busy. Service was prompt and friendly. Burgers tasted liked they should have.
