Both ordered in person and online in the past. In person I waited about 30 minutes for a single drink, turns out they hadn't received my order though it could just be a small mistake on their systems, when they checked my order was in fact there. This experience alone isn't worthy of giving it a 1 star but it sure was annoyingnUnfortunately my experience with ordering online was significantly worse. Ordered a happy meal and two drinks which apparently was too intense for them because it took nearly 3 hours and at least 3 different uber eats drivers just for them to cancel the order.nFood is what you'd expect from your average Maccas
Just wanted to do a shout out to the McDonald's team in New Plymouth easy the best McDonald's I have ever had Lee made such a smashing coffee I had to buy two also I got too say to the manager excellent team that you run so I ask for the teams names. Angelina, Tyrone, Libby, QB, Jimmy, Reid, Emma, Tayne. This team was on Absolutely desurve pay rises this experience was the best I have had in this country even too the chic cleaning the tables around me and my family. Once again thank you McDonald's team you're easynNumber 1 in the country. We will be back.
Easy access through drive thru although I park up my Spyder RS and walk in.nEasy and quick service and seating outside to chug a sugar free coke and stare at my phone before jumping on the bike and leaving.
Really good playground for the kids. One of the larger Macdonalds so plenty room for families. Service was slower than I've experienced elsewhere even though when I first turned up there wasn't that many people there.
MINE DEAREST FRIEND PLACED AN ORDER OF TWENTY THREE TOMATO SAUCE PACKET AT THINES RESTAURANT CHAIN. MY FRIEND IS ABSOLUTELY FUMING OVER THINE SERVICE AT THIS UTTER TOMFOOLERY MAKING A FOOL OUT OF ME AND MY FRIEND HOW AS AN EXPENSIVE RESTAURANT CHAIN ABLE TO DO THIS HOW MAY YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? HE ONLY RECEIVED TEN TOMATO SAUCE PACKETS NOT TWENTY THREE. BUT TEN HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO EAT THINE CHIPS WITHOUT TOMATO SAUCE I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS AND SO IS MY FRIEND DO BETTER.
