Everyone who works here seems like they absolutely hate their life/job. The wait time is terrible, the service is not good either. They forgot half my order last time and gave me a voucher that didn’t even equal up to the amount of stuff that they forgot, and yet here I am waiting to get my food in the carpark after waiting in the drive through 30-45 minutes as they have no patties ready. I’m so incredibly disappointed and hurt from this experience. KFC do better.

Really busy at 5, still very friendly service and order done well.nBathrooms clean and tidy.
Almost every time we order here there is always something missing or we don't get what we ordered. Bought a good amount of food from here tonight and they messed up two orders gave us wicked wings instead of boneless chicken which we ordered two boneless chicken meals. We have tried calling for over an hour with no answer. Poor service as always. Very disappointed.
The wait time here is shocking. It's a shame because we love KFC. I feel sorry for the staff as they are under staffed and are under the pump all the time. We have waited 3hours for our order tonight. Management need to sort it out. No other KFC I have been to elsewhere takes this long. The drive through and indoor service is only packed because the wait time is so horrendous.
