Haven't visited this KFC for a long time due to bad service in the past but it was the Husband's choice for Father's Day tea.. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how the place has changed I'm guessing it's under new management.nThe staff were attentive and pleasent to deal with, however I should of trusted my gut and checked my order before leaving as after a 20min drive home we opened the bag to find 5 hot wings missing and only 9 pieces of chicken instead of 10
Waited 45minutes from placing order. When asked where order was did not get answer. Eventually order was tossed on the counter without even an apology. Good service is obviously not a prerequisit of KFC.
Waited 20 minutes for a snack box that’s priced at 7 bucks to only have 10 chips and a few pop corn chicken. manager couldn’t rectify the situation and problem solve for customer. Something needs to change
Slow service once again New Plymouth store. After waiting 40 mins in drive thru. Finally get to order our meal to swap out to hot and spicy is another wait for 30-40 mins. These guys calling themselves take out franchise is an absolute joke.
