Long wait but yum food and juicy chicken have me licking my fingers. I wish the bins for a little more empty and the empty tables clean as soon as customers leave but maybe I am fussy. There was a bit of food rubbish on some of the tables when I walked in that we're not attended to during the time until it came my order 15 min but overall I am satisfied and happy for New Plymouth KFC on the menu

My partner just got an uber from kfc, and he found a hair in his chicken. Very off putting, clearly no health and safety measures in place to prevent this.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed quite rude throughout our visit. When we finally reached the cashier window, they didn’t inform us of the total amount, leading to a frustrating wait of over 15 minutes as they searched for a manager to provide change for a $50 note.nTo make matters worse, our meal arrived incorrect. After bringing it to their attention, it was still not corrected, which left us feeling unsatisfied. Overall, this experience was far from what we had hoped for, and I doubt we’ll be returning anytime soon.nWould give 0 stars if we could.
Really busy at 5, still very friendly service and order done well.nBathrooms clean and tidy.
