Really busy at 5, still very friendly service and order done well.nBathrooms clean and tidy.
Almost every time we order here there is always something missing or we don't get what we ordered. Bought a good amount of food from here tonight and they messed up two orders gave us wicked wings instead of boneless chicken which we ordered two boneless chicken meals. We have tried calling for over an hour with no answer. Poor service as always. Very disappointed.
The service at KFC New Plymouth was absolutely terrible. The cashier was rude and dismissive. She was a short, white haired, young lady, of which I do not know her name. I would not reccomend dining at this establishment, especially while she is currently employed.
As far as kfc goes , this one was okay, weirdly though the kfc taste different than every other kfc I have been too , I'm not saying it was bad , the food was a bit dry but other than the taste it's ok.
