Fun way to have dinner. choose your raw ingredients then have the chefs cook it in front of you at the hot plate. Salad bar was well stocked. Soup and bread rolls. Eat as much as you like. Also will make pancakes for dessert and have a help yourself to icecream and sauces. Yum!
Discovered a new Gengys in New Plymouth. Awesome.. love the food, service and atmosphere. Will be back. Thanks for a great feed.
My favourite restaurant in New Plymouth. I love a good buffet. I really like being able to choose my own meet, vegetables etc and see it get cooked in front of me. Good selection of meats and precooked food. Desert area is below par though, only ice cream, toppings and pancakes. Overall 9/10
First time here at this one in New Plymouth and have to say it was delicious, clean and very well set out.. The staff were amazing how they work together and the food was yummy, especially chicken nibbles! Definitely book in advance though to get a table.. Kid-friendliness: Even with my sons egg allergy they cooked it out back away from the other foods. Dietary restrictions: Caters for everyone here

The food was excellent could not fault it ... what let them down for me was their was no sign up for pay first .. the staff where more worried about the people who had not payed but they had you had to hang onto that recipt as you just never knew when you were going to be asked by staff.. you were not taken to your seat just had to find it we thought we were table 19 but when got their it was already taken so we just sat at another table ..they were just lucky the food was food was top quality
Awesum, specially watching the men doing the veges & meat beef, lamb, chicken, pancakes were on a separate cooker. Thank you to the staff, definitely coming back
