Service is slow. The place has never been clean when I have been there. Surfaces are consistently covered in sticky food or drink. The actual food is pretty good.

Had the worst looking beef patty I've seen in my life. Should have taken a photo but was to disgusted to look at it any longer, and I'd already eaten half the burger before I opened it up and saw the horrific monstrosity!!! But still won't give 1 star because I've eaten before and enjoyed it. Hopefully a one off. Also the drink and slushy area is often a mess. Take that duty away from us mortals and fill our cups for us.

Burger king in new plymouth is the pits, every time latlety when i have gone in for either frozen coke , thickshakes the have none the machine is is not working, you dont know any of this till you get into the shop, !!!!! Which for me know is not worth the effort, MacDonalds is just down the road so thats where iam going,

First time I have been to the New Plymouth Burger King. The restaurant was dirty and the benches/serving counters had stuff spilt all over them. The floors in the eating area and toilets was also littered. Suggested to the staff that they might want to clean up the serving counters but this was ignored. Don't think we will eat there again - not very hygienic.
