I must say we visit this place often. Customer service is acceptable and food obviously matches the pizza hut standards. Couple of week back we online order 2 pizzas from this store. Delivery boy came and i decided to check pizzas before payment. I complaint that i am allergic to mushrooms and asked to remove them and simply said that i can’t accept this pizza( Veg hot’n spicy). Instead of saying anything he refused to change the pizza but start making excuses like this must be system is fault or could be done wrong by you. I took the both pizza and pay full amount. Please make sure that your customers is more important than $7 worth of pizza. Thank you

Nice to visit. Camp site smelly muddy. Dried poop. No real amenities. Supermarket in Raglan understocked & overpriced. You'd think having a yearly festival they would be better prepared for tourist.

I bought a "MEGA VALUE DEAL" ( so they call it ) for my family to eat on the way up, as we were driving to Auckland. I gave this Indian guy behind the register a $50 note and I went to the rest room in a nearby Burger King (because they didn't have one there). When I get back my name is called and I ask for the change and *he said he put the money in the bag* with my 1.5 L of coke zero. On the way up to auckland I take the drink out of my bag and there was no money in it. No holes in the bag, I never found my $21 NEVER going back to that pizza hut.
