BIG SHOUTOUT today to your beautiful Nana -- She's a very good example of a calm and very accommodating service person!!! I came this morning to have some product inquiries, and she handled and naturally very helpful. Very obvious that she is happy on her job! I chose to come in the morning as I have a few not so good experiences when I come in midday lunchtime as the place is so busy and some of the service people who I encountered were not much commendable. Sephora shop is my go to. And I'm wishing there'll be more of like-Nana attitudes!!! Of course, I would like to mention Ms IT-Lady Rebecca Suarez, she's another TOPS!!! great to see you today! Had an excellent customer service experience with the lovely Daria!! I came in needing a number of different items that I had no clue about. She listened to my concerns/requirements and then matched me to the right products. She went above and beyond for me and explained everything really well. Thank you so much for your help, can't wait to pop in again for more
If you are at this store ask for Dakota.d her customer service is amazing! I came in to buy a concealer and was walking around trying to find somebody when she came up and kindly approached me and offered her assistance, she showed me her makeup tricks and I ended up walking out with 8 items of her recommendation instead of 1 and I love them! Her customer service and knowledge on makeup is amazing and Sephora should be proud to have such a warm and welcoming employees like I seen today! I will be visiting this store more frequently now!!
The two lovely ladies that helped me match shade my brows and find the perfect red lippie were so helpful and sweet. The last time I came I was match shaded in a foundation perfectly and again by a super super sweet lady. The staff should get more credit honestly.
0 out of 5 customer service at Sephora Pitt Street store. When asking staffs about a particular type of products, they have very limited knowledge of what products they have. I then need to search at the online store then find another staff where the product is - it’s completely waste of time. Many staffs are just standing there and chatting with colleagues. When approached by customers, their face suddenly turned to poker faces. The male staff at counter is also condescending - no greetings, no smile, even not looking at you directly. I wondered how they passed the staff training, or do they even have one? Will not come back again.
Do not go there. You will end up fuming by the staff. I was scolded from the SENIOR staff for trying to get understanding about how my point works at the counter. How can you be Senior staff when you has no customer service skills at all. Very rude. They seems like i was there begging for coins. I have spent heaps and always loyal to this company. Please change your staff or proper train them in professional way. I dont need to be pleased but please you guys be nice as how I treated you nice and I deserve to be treated fairly. Most of the staff there acting cold. Doesn’t seem like they really want to be there. Plus im not the only person was scolded there. Dear Management, do not ignore of all the bad reviews. Something need to be done.
Came into the shop was greeted by no one. Asked for help numerous times and was told “just over that way” - I was then not able to find the product I was after and had to ask more staff before I finally said “can you show me exactly where as I can’t find it”. Every question asked seemed like a chore and was quickly dismissed. At the register I forgot a product and asked the till guy for assistance, he pointed and said “just over there” and didn’t ask anyone on the floor to assist me, I had to find someone myself who also did not show me where the product I was looking for was. All over a horrible experience and questioned dumping all the products and leaving as I didn’t want to pay after the service I received.
It has always been an amazing experience visiting this store.Apart from huge range of products,service from staff is commendable.Sara is a legend.She is friendly,accomodating,lovely and also very professional.She has indepth knowledge of products and guides/suggests right one to target your need. She doesn't rush or pushes you to buy rather understands your concern and helps you through out making my every visit worthwhile. She is the best!!! Only downside is the lead time to restock the product,l wish the span was shorter.
The sales assistant in this shop is so accomodating!. Really thankful for Nana for helping me finding my Foundation and Concealer shade. I really recommend her 100%
The staff were extremely helpful and polite and helped me get a refund after receiving the wrong item by mail. Super nice and all the employees had a really friendly and warm energy. 10x better than the bondi junction shop. Thanks for the help!
