Terrible service. The girls working in there wasn’t helpful at all. Asked about a product and only replied we don’t have it. Instead of recommending similar or telling me which store I might find or perhaps suggest online. I was only after the verbena soap. Store had no air cond on that day too. It was so hot and unpleasant to be in. Not recommending this store to any of my family or friends.

I bought Christmas gifts for my colleague today and Jolanda helped me from start to end. Packed all 10 gifts nicely while store was closed. She was so nice, professional and helpful, best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you Jolanda:

Last week I went to QVB for some Christmas gifts. Rachel in this store recommended some top picks. I'm super impressed by how quick and nice the staff I think her name is Margo wrapped those gifts. I had a tight schedule so I didn't join the membership. But I think I will be back very soon! Thanks for your recommendations!

Great experience finding a gift for my sister. She was absolutely delighted with what the staff had recommended that I get for her. Staff were friendly, helpful, listened and understood when I said I was done and not interested in further products Something fairly rare previously!.

Very disappointed with my last visit due to inexperienced and pushy staff. I was recommended a product that wasn't suitable for me, even after I had explained my skin type. They showed very little attention to what I was after and mainly focused on what they wanted to sell to me. After I had made my purchasing decision, it took forever to process payment as they kept recommending a million different deals. I visited another L'Occitane store and experienced the same pushy mentality from staff. I'm fed up and definitely not coming back.

Absolutely ridiculously pushy staff. I walked in looking for a gift for my girlfriends birthday and just wanted to browse before buying anything. I'm a guy and don't have much idea about beauty products so I just wanted a chance to look around and see what was available. The saleswoman would not leave me alone! Even after repeatedly telling her I was just looking she just followed me around the shop pointing out gift boxes worth hundreds of dollars, shoving perfume samples in my face and trying to convince me my girlfriend would love me so much for buying her a gift from there. Please! Made me feel like she thought I was an idiot and fall for her ridiculous comments. Walked straight out and over to the body shop where I browsed for as long as I wanted, staff left me alone when I said I was looking and helped when I needed it. What a joke this place is! Maybe the products are good but the staff are an absolute joke.

Purchased some products as a gift for Father's Day from the Met Centre store. However, my father's face reacted to them as he has highly sensitive skin. The lovely male staff member at the QVB store helped w advice and samples for my dad to try at home so we could get the right cream instead. Rarely experienced such understanding and caring service when I've had issues w products elsewhere and had to return to the store. Switched products today at the original store w very little fuss.

I was given a L'occitane gift card and purchased some of their delicious hand cream and Lavender liquid soap today. Always keep a tube Shea Butter hand cream in my handbag. The body products are excellent quality with the most gorgeous fragrances. Very helpful customer service.
