Had a terrible experience today, I was in a rush and just want to quickly grab an essential oil on my way. The staff was servicing another lady while I arrived so I waited in line, there was another customer holding a few items in her hand who came to the line after me but she didn’t stand behind me instead she was standing on the side. After the staff serviced the previous customer she ask me to waitnot asking me if it’s ok that she help the other customer first while she directly start to service the person came after me. I don’t feel I was treated fair but I don’t want to waste more of my or other customer’s time so I left. You should really consider do more staff training on how to treat your customers fairly with respect.  But just to be fair, I really like perfect potions product and I have been using them for years.

As soon as you walk through the door there is immediate calmness. The smell of the pure essential oils greet you with a warm smile from the staff. Roam around in this inviting space and try the body products or enjoy places in your mind that are induced by the variety of essential oils. A great  place for gifts and a gift for yourself

I like the products from this shop but will not be returning - received a number of items as a gift recently and asked to swap one today for same product in a different scent as I had the particular one I was gifted and was told point blank that basically there is no resolution, no refunds,returns,exchanges - nothing. With so many other similar shops selling similar products you would think that gifting/exchange policy would be a little better. Assistant was not very helpful, advised could only take it back if I had had a reaction to it - I advised I would only know that if I opened the product - which I had not, and because I am not dishonest I won't say I have in order to get my preferred outcome. I must say I am disappointed in this - at the very least no returns/exchange policy should be made very clear.

I bought several products today, including a gift box which I was informed by the staff member that this gift box contained a body oil. I realised once I returned to my office that it did not contain the oil. I returned to the store to be told in no uncertain terms that the store does not under any circumstances provide a refund; adding further insult to injury if I purchased another item it would have to match the price or be above the returned item’s price. Really??? You misrepresent what you sold me and then refuse to take it back. I would have bought another item which was my intention but after buying teas and oils over the last 2 months I won't be back. Btw, I worked in retail management and I know this is against current retail legislation. What a way to lose a good customer.  Possibly your top 20%.

Thanks for the fantastic service. I have come in before, and Nicholas was also helpful and friendly. Yesterday Jill had given me the most nourishing mini facial and mini massage  I had a voucher to use, and was very pleased with the experience. Peta was also great. I love coming back for my chakra balancing mist. Was even given some relax tea to try. Super thanks :

I love this store and their products! I spend a lot of times just playing around and testing the products, which is always enjoyable because everything smells heavenly. I believe most of the products are organic, so it feels good to know you're not doing your body any harm. Plus the staff are very knowledgeable with what's in them, so if you're not sure what you need, just ask. I highly recommend their services.

Wanted to get a gift so I took time off with in the morning to get to this store at 9am. The shop is meant to open at 9, I am still standing outside watching the girl on the computer -  would recommend staff getting to the store early to do opening tasks and get the shop open by the time 9am comes around. Ending up leaving and buying elsewhere.

Terrable after sales service. No refunds on defuser oil products even if unopened and no exchange or store credit was offered even though I was allergic to certain products in the 8 oil set. Just kept saying store policy, sorry.

This is my happy place in this city. I absolutely love the people that works there, they have great souls and they are full of knowledge, ready to help you with anything , healing related, pains, skin care, beautiful soaps and aromatherapy mists, and awesome tea blends. I highly recommend this little shop of magic :

The worker was so unhelpful. I came in to ask about other products as I’ve been using the elixir oil and wanted to try other ones . She was just doing her own stuff at the counter and won’t even come over. Another customer came in and it was the same . She just doesn’t care
