I don’t remember ever receiving a bad service at Mecca. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful, also they always recommend me the right product.

Nice shop in the heart of Queen Victoria Building. The workers are very nice, informative and don't make you feel like you're being watched like a hawk. They assist kindly and I've thoroughly enjoyed my 2 experiences here.

A lovely little slice of Mecca- a condensed range in a smaller store, however it has most of the essentials. Staff very helpful. Convenient location

Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this Mecca, I went in with a friend and felt very judged staff while shopping. When we went to the registers the lady that served us was very zoned out and quite rude when asking for our membership. Rather shop online to be honest.

Catherine Jane was wonderful. I have a loop box to collect but my account is in NZ. She helped me out by ensuring I get mine even though technically I can't. Her customer service and kindness are what will make me come back to this shop. Thank you.
