First of all, the store itself is stunning. I went with my friend to get soldered bracelets via Sarah & Sebastian, but we accidentally booked for piercings instead. The team managed to squeeze us in anyway without any issues or hassle and Molly who soldered the bracelets for us was so nice and friendly and did a really good job. A really nice experience which could have been the opposite if the team were not so accommodating and professional. Loved it
Great store, we met a lovely female employee sorry I forgot your name who was not only very friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to niche perfumes and perfume in general. Knew about the notes and how they interacted with each other. She even knew the inspiration of the perfumer who created the scent we purchased. I'll be back soon.
Georgia Kelly was an amazing beauty advisor! She patiently guided me and my friend and all her recommendations were spot on! Never had a beauty advisor that matched our tones so well to the shades! She was so good, we literally bought everything she recommended! Amazing experience, will definitely come back again!
The staff are ALWAYS so friendly and nice! I've never had a a rude/terrible encounter here. I accidentally caught a girl before she was about to go on break/go home and she took a few minutes to help me find a product. Then at checkout, one of the girls asked if I used the extra strength exfoliating pads and went on to explain about them to me when I told her I hadn't honestly I'm so glad she did. This is all during peak hour in the store! I really wish I grabbed both of their names because they definitely deserve the recognition.
Fix your times on google! Just drove all the way into the city cos it says you are open til 7pm. To come and front doors shut and a poster on the window saying summer 2022 times! Not cool. Thanks for wasting my time and petrol. And yes I tried calling the store before I drove all that way and they didn’t answer, and there was no voicemail or anything saying new times etc.
Have to give a huge thank you to Amara at the Pitt St Myer counter. She went above and beyond, and her recommendations took in to account everything I needed. Phenomenal customer service!
Girl serving me was more than a little sassy, but products always available with a wide range to choose from. I got what I went for at a price I was happy to pay.
Old school departmental store . Very much like a mini wanna be Selfridges . Nice array of products ranging from cosmetics, perfumes clothing etc .

Always have a great experience no matter what! If they don’t stock the item your looking for, the sales assistant will help you find it elsewhere or find a suitable alternative. They care for the experience of the clientele, always recommend.
