After a little bit of miscommunication and arriving to a closed office we managed to arrange for an in home visit for valuation.  The process was very clear and everything explained in detail.  The offer is below what was estimated online and there is an admin fee which I didn't remember reading anywhere. I didn't end up selling as I was hoping for a higher price. Overall, experience was good. If you want a stress free instant sale and higher than trade in value, give these guys a shot. Otherwise, you'll have to hang in there for a private buyer.

Mark was OK to talk to on the phone. After mentioning some of the research that I had done on the car and pricing he either downplayed everything or changed the subject very quickly. After the offer came in he became extremely pushy but allowed me to make some phone calls. I came up with a better plan to sell the car with my mechanic and declined the offer. As soon as I declined the offer Mark became quite agitated and rude about the whole scenario. I would never recommend this service as the price was below trade value and the salesman is not the best to deal with.

Mark was very courteous, and explained everything fully - however, be aware that the price offered before you make an appointment to meet with Mark is only what you might expect to receive if you were selling the car privately. The final value will only be between 60% - 70% of the initial value given.
