Very happy with the service I got. The staff were great and answered any and all questions I had. There was no pressure with looking/buying the car. I couldn't fault them.
Today i have had another miserable performance from Hillcrest Holden Service crew, and it's the third one in the row! So why do I come back? Because it's a company leased vehicle with a periodic service arrangement at this specific workshop. Made a booking 6 weeks ago with a a courtesy car. Yesterday, the day before the service, called again to confirm a courtesy car is assigned - yes it was. On the day of service I drove 70 minutes to this workshop and literally as i was parking my vehicle at 7:50am i received a call saying a courtesy car was not available. Walked into the office at 7:52am, asked why is the a courtesy car not available - front desk untroubled staff responded that I had been called and advised about the change - yes I have - 2 minutes ago! So obviously after a pointless conversation with the front desk i was left with nothing than just to drive away and not to have the car serviced. Well done team for another outstanding service!Services: Oil change
These guys are unbelievable took my Colorado for service and asked few things to be changed under warranty and they told me they have to asked for approval and I was supposed to get a call back. 6 months later no one called me. I called them 6 times to see what’s going on and the response is always the same someone will call you back but no one returned my calls. Finally spoke to someone after refusing to wait for another ‘someone will call you back’ the guy was rude and told me that someone already spoke to me when no one actually called me. These guys really don’t care about customer service. If you can please go elsewhere.
Ongoing issue going for the past 6 months. Last 2 weeks they’ve had the car, no one calls back when they say they will this happened 3 x finally get through to the service department after long hold time and the call disconnects 2 x get someone and ask for a courtesy car because we’re starting to get desperate after a week and a half and told we’d “see what’s happening when I call you this afternoon” no call this was a Friday and still NO call Tuesday. Really tired of the lack of service
Poor communication with promised call backs to book in car service, as well as car issues requiring urgent diagnostic assessment never happening. Long wait times when on hold. Car service attended with bonus free car wash which was a thoughtful extra
The service levels have dropped since Zupps have left, the service provided by Westpoint is below standard. Phone calls are never returned, previous problems never addressed despite commitment to rectify. Overall not happy/impressed by Westpoint at all.
Took my Holden Captiva in for a simple service to Hillcrest Westpoint. My one request was to change the front blown light. On pick up, the service team complained to me they were short staffed and had a new team working which is why it was a day late. They didn't change my front light and needed me to come back for a third day because they didn't even have a light bulb in stock. They failed to stamp my log book. I took it up the road to a private mechanic where he changed my bulb in 2mins. When I called to speak to the manager about my experience, I faced a rude young female who didn't want to listen. Don't recommend this place and will never return.
Throughout buying my car from holden in 2016 I have only had it serviced by Holden service centres hoping they had my vehicles best interest at heart. I paid over $2100 over a month ago for a major car service including a couple of small extras such as a rear puncture repair, light bulb replacement. Included in this amount I paid was a fee charged which I was told was added as they needed to "investigate" why a code type appeared on my dash board. The moment I entered my car and turned the vehicle on, the error message still appeared. Due to my own disappointment and automatic tears of frustration with having paid such a large sum of money only to find issues still not resolved, I left the car yard as it was already after hours 5:18pm another thing to complain about was me having to follow up with multiple calls to see if my car was ready from 4pm-4:40pm after they had my car the night before and all of that business day to service my car, being it was the first checked in the night before, some priority should have been put on having it finished earlier. I have made contact on multiple occasions to the feedback team regarding my complaint over the last month and still no call back from Taylor the person in charge of my service and my car has never driven worse, constantly stalling... it's an automatic and didn't do this before hand.
Have been using Hillcrest parts for a variety of orders for different customers vehicles over the course of about 3 years. I have to say out of 30 years in the automotive industry dealing with part departments they are the worst I have every delt with. On every occasion they have failed ..either forgotten parts or not ordered them at all ..I am still waiting on parts for a Holden Cruze cooling system...after ordering lots of parts I gave them a week and called them asking about parts..they couldn't find my order. Then with a car rego they found the order and said they are waiting on a more parts. They said they would order and let me know no apology, didnt care... ..3 weeks on still no parts or phone call and guess what, I have gone elsewhere. David parts manager is very rude as well and needs training in P.R and fulfilling orders. I cant keep doing this! I wont be using your parts department again. Your department is making me look unprofessional to my customers because it looks like I'm the lier when their car is not ready by the agreed time, and im having to expain why parts are not here... Zero stars
We got our car serviced in the month of Nov 2020 and the "Oil change" indication appeared around 1st week of Jan 2021. We have called them to complain about this issue for more than 7 times and always been told that the manager is in a meeting with the customers or he is away and he will call us soon. But no call from him to date. My wife is not comfortable Anxious driving the car because of the indication and also it is a safety concern but Holden Service at Westpoint doesn't care about it. I get the same response whenever I call them that the manager is in a meeting or he is away. Moreover, we have been charged without changing the engine oil. The experience and customer service have been worst. We will not continue with them and won't recommend them to anybody else. This is the reply to the owner:- I have been asked to call the number to resolve the issue quickly That is the response for every review from the owner and it is been more than a week, no follow up call and no response. I can see their importance of the customer care and service. It is not my mistake and I will wait as long as they do care to resolve the issue. Until that I will keep driving my car. If something goes wrong they are the one for accountable.
