Has a wide variety of cars and I was able to source a part for my 20+ year old car. Called up, was quoted a price, and told I could come have a look before buying. The parts are typically still inside the vehicle so an employee rides around in a car carrying tools and take the parts out of the vehicle using their tools. The car I found was sitting on top of another car, and the employee climbed up into it to take parts out for me. It was very affordable, $70 for an instrument cluster that still had to be taken out of the car. I was quoted $130 at a wrecker across Brisbane for the same thing. Highly recommend A1 Global Auto Parts.
Changed their price as I went over, Won’t ever come again, highly recommend no one to come buy here. Worst scam wreckers I’ve seen in Brisbane $650 for this bumper with scratches on side, Unbelievable, and without front grille! Bullshit……. Waste time
Bought an electric window switch: Fast reply to text msgs. Then when I got there the African looking staff member was asked by the boss to help me, this guys customer service was spot on and pretty much the main reason I wanted to leave this glowing review. Went to pay and was offered a discount due to the condition. It cleaned up nicely and works fine when I installed it. Thanks. Highly recommend!
Been here twice with no luck. First time the price I was quoted was very close to a new part so I didn't bother. Second time was told they had a vehicle in stock and to come and see if it had they parts I required. When I turn up the next day they tell me they did not have that model, even though they had 2 advertised as wrecking on gumtree. Don't waste your time
After searching for an ABS control module for my Mercedes C240 in Tasmania for two months with no luck, I noticed these guys in Queensland on Gumtree, A1 Global Auto Parts. So I sent through a text to John and he located the correct part at a good price including freight. The part arrived promptly, now fitted, and the car is running like new again! Very happy with the service, and will be calling A1 Auto Parts again if more parts are required in the future. Thanks heaps!!
I was after some parts for my car and found an ad on gumtree for it. I was told to ring A1 global parts to see if they actually have the parts available which is expected. I rang this morning to check and whoever answers the phone at this place has the most horrible attitude. I've never spoken to someone so unhelpful in my life. You would think because I'm trying to be a customer he would've been willing to tell me if the parts are there or not... His excuse for not being to check was because he has a broken foot... I'm not sure as to why he's answering the phone and "helping people" if he can't even organise to go check if what I need is there. He also said he can ask "the boys, IF they have some free time". He was so rude and short the entire phone call... I'm not sure what his problem is. Every other wreckers business I have spoken to have been extremely friendly and helpful besides this one.
Had a very frustrating experience with his business, I called them following up an ad I saw online about parts for a vehicle that I needed. I wanted to double check the availability and price of the part was quoted and told to bring tools as they are a self service yard I told him that I would be in immediately, I drove from the Gold Coast to the yard at Willawong, was given a general direction to walk in the yard to find the vehicle and after about 40 minutes of looking for the vehicle I could not locate it, went back to the office and they told me another area to look continue to look which at this point I have been in the yard for about an hour and a half looking for this vehicle. I go back to the office and request specifics on where I can find this vehicle and give them their stock number to be told they don’t have the vehicle there at all. What an amateur and unprofessional experience was, they literally had me walking around the yard for a vehicle that does not even exist there, The stuff there didn’t seem to give a toss that I’ve wasted half of my day, it was suggested that I tried another debt yard down the ride I called them before I left and that yard had no parts either.. I rescheduled work today so I could go and get the required part for my work van to be ran around a wrecking yard looking for a nonexistent vehicle honestly there a better wreckers out there, That would not do this to their customers I would avoid this business in the future

Rang up about a motor they said they had a few and to come have a look so we did and we tried to talk to them but they didn't want to listen they just wanted to sell us a motor that we don't know nothing about for $800. They were very rude not worth doing business with them.
This wrecking yard is by far the best in the area . Outstanding customer service was received from James . And there price was fair . Highly recommended. Thanks James and a1 gobal team
