Courteous and kind business. I rang up about a car seat I saw on gumtree. We agreed upon a reasonable price with shipping. Upon dismantling the seat, the business informed me that the seat was loose and damaged. I appreciated that they informed me, and did not send me a bad seat. They promptly refunded me, and I appreciate their honesty. I will definitely use them again if I need parts.
Absolute hounds. Go elsewhere for parts, this place will tell you they have what you want and it will be posted next day. It won't be and they will get it from another wrecker and overcharge you and take a week to refund the difference then in 3 weeks you might receive the part you ordered that was promised to be at your door in 2 days. You'll also need to call multiple times and chase and chase. Not worth the effort.
Easy to deal with, but unfortunately they and I didn't check my headlights I purchased, one was broken and I had to reuse lens from old light.
Awesome service! I ordered and paid for goods and received them interstate the next morning. I would highly recommend buying from this company. Great service and great at communication and getting back to you as a customer.
I had called this company at least 4 times over the space of a week to confirm a part they said they had. I feel as though I spoke to a different person everytime I called with the same response. “We have the part but I will have a look in the yard and get back to you”. They never got back to me even though I called and called again - clearly they did not lodge my query, “look in the yard” or “got back to me”. Im assuming they didn’t have the part as when I stopped contacting them they never called. I went elsewhere and thankfully got what I needed, it was an old part on an old car which was thin on the ground & something I needed to pass the road worthy which they said they had. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Unless they’ve upped their customer service since then, give them a go. But in my experience it was shocking.

There are people and companies that do restore your faith in humanity. I have had that experience today. I had broken the drivers side sunvisor in my Volkswagen when removing it. As our company often deals with new parts suppliers, I called Volkswagen parts to buy a new one. I was informed that the part was ex Germany, and would be 6 to 8 weeks to arrive into Australia. As we are coming into summer, and it’s always sunny in beautiful Brisbane, I was thinking that driving without a sunvisor would be quite a difficult task. I called Willawong wreckers as I had seen their ad for my exact model of Volkswagen on gumtree. They confirmed they did have the part, and I had explained how desperate I was to get it, as the part I needed was backordered from Germany and I couldn’t really drive my car without it. In most situations this would be the opportunity for a company to inflate their prices sky high, but to my absolute surprise they didn’t do that. They quoted me an extremely fair price - in fact it was a fifth of the new part price. I explained that the sunvisor is relatively hard to remove so if they wanted to try removing the opposite side first I would be grateful and happy to pay for two of them if they broke the passengers side. They said that would be completely unnecessary, and ultimately removed both of them anyway – without breaking them – a much better job than I did! Thank you so much Willawong Wreckers. I truly appreciate the fact that you didn’t take advantage of my situation, and thank you for having the part I needed. Joel Knott. P.S. You guys have a bunch of amazing cars in your wrecking Yard. It was like walking through a prestige car dealership.
This is second time asked for parts on phone or Facebook and then when I’m arrive there and 30min away they said oh sorry the price is deferent also we can’t sale it must be complete So the question is why you didn’t say that before the people come? They don’t care about customer service They don’t care about your time as well Very bad I’m not recommend it
Bought a donor car. Very happy with the purchase and the guys are a very Friendly bunch. Lots of stock on hand too,including some exotics.
Very helpful team and good prices for parts.
