Needed in a hurry small boat type trailer wheels to suit Ford hubs and delivered to Victoria. Done with one phone call, best price, shipped same day and delivered to door in 5 days. Happy customer

Fantastic service and quality products. Went looking for some hubs to go on an old family trailer – could not find at the bug auto stores. Had exactly what we needed at a very affordable price.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!  Firstly I ordered my parts and didn’t hear anything for 4 days so called and they had no idea about my order had taken money out of my account and everything but hadn’t contacted me.  I then received the parts, welds that just look like a big mess and plates welded so uneven!     Called them about this problem and emailed through the photos, being told they would get back to me straight away. I then called them back after not hearing anything and apparently  they hadn’t received my email so I text them directly to the guy. Still haven’t heard back after 3 days.  Customer service is appalling, products are below standard.  In my opinion spend a few more $$ and get a good quality product from someone who cares about their customers!  Will never buy anything from here again have lost a potential long term customer!  DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!

Cheaper than others and have all trailer parts that you would want, caravan suspension parts is what i brought.  Parts working ok very happy Update Just bought all new complete brake kits for my van great price very happy thanks guys for your advise Love your new display room

Good prices and great service. Just a shame there trailer cage didn't fit my trailer.

I repair and build trailers and have purchased several items from Bawa over the last 4 years. When a bobcat trailer had its coupling fail recently under 500kms old they denied any responsibility to replace the coupling or repair any of the damage caused.  They have no interest in the safety of their products and give no after sales service.  The owner of the trailer is lucky that it happened at low speed. As a person in business I  cannot recommend Raman and Bawa trailer parts to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, staff took the time to show and measure an upgrade from a single to double axle trailer, best prices too.

Was very glad to finally find the trailer parts that i have been looking for! Friendly customer service and excellent prices. HIGHLY recommend purchasing your parts from here! I shall most definitely be coming again.
