Very good services by the staffs especially Ping
When enquiring about a part over the phone today, the person I talked to was extremely helpful and advised we could have a look at the part when we came in to check it was the right one. Upon entering the store, we were ignored for approx 5 mins. A very aggressive female served us and I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly in my life. She was extremely unhelpful and rude, we could hear her talking badly about us to what appeared to be a manager. While the price was better than others, and the only reason we didn't walk out. I would not ever return. Even other customers in the store commented how incredibly aggressive and rude she was.
Highly quality parts. Awesome customer care. Even if they don't have needed part in their system, always willing to help finding from other suppliers. Thanks guys
Cooldrive company car- not sure if he's your employee or located at the Brisbane site- but extremely disrespectful driving on their part. 10/10 wouldn't trust you with staff who drive like that in a company car.
