Very pleased the help they gave us, with our brake down they done it very quickly and afficiantly recommend them highly
They were very helpful. On picking up my car at the end of the day they fixed something they could do during the day because they were 4 people short and swamped. Brilliant job and the car feels better to drive.

In my opinion these guys are the best and I’ve been bringing my car here for 9 years since I bought it new from Q Ford Springwood. Sorry it’s taken me so long to leave a review. Professional, friendly, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. Many thanks to all the team.
Edited my review after their typical business response claiming no fault. I Was told over the phone my ranger was needed in for a gearbox speed sensor recall and door hinges, so after waiting 3 weeks with a car that doesnt drive properly due to known fault with ford I attempted to drive 45 mins to be there at 7am, I’m told my car isn’t booked in for that and there is so such thing. Yet the exact speed sensor recall number is on my service booking? I was literally told by this place that they will book it in to fix this issue and then simply it disappeared? This place is a joke. The service advisor was disgruntled from the start and seamed to have absolutely no interest in helping me or cared that my car is basically un-drivable. He shrugged his hands and said they cant help me without a care in the world? Upon calling another service department they were shocked that this place basically pretended this issue doesn't exist and noted they will have the issue rectified and parts order right away. This place were only interested i charging me $170 to " look" at an issue they know already exists. As far as there "abuse" claim goes, Me storming out in anger because this service department is utterly useless is nothing but an attempt to play victim. If you care about your car and customer service DO NOT come here.Service: Transmission repair
Booked ahead to get warranty work & checked ahead if all ok as didn't want to come back.. Told "yes", checked.. Wrong part sent.. -not happy!! I understand mistakes get made!!! BUT checked twice! On positive side;- great coffee machine! Clean facilities. Staff friendly. Waiting for right part - now a couple of weeks - till I drive up there again @prox 120 kilometers.

Went to Book in the ranger for a scheduled service , they were able to slot the car in asap and were on time and did a great job , very professional and a great experience from the timely service down to the courtesy car and the friendly staff . Awesome as always ! Pulled in, without having to be previously booked, to have a cleared warning light looked on a day that they were fully booked, diagnosed and parts fitted while I waited. What more could you ask for ! Great service !
