Left my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Secure Parking 213 Miller Street North Sydney on the 14/3/17, they damaged it while it was there. I left a complaint on their website , someone was supposed to get back to me, they didn't. I rang their head office and twice left a message for Tony Ayers their manager to call me back. No phone calls received. If you want to park your car in North Sydney and get it back undamaged, don't use Secure Parking.

Was told my 3hr parking would cost $30.00 I paid by debt card and didn't look at my receipt till I got back home on the central coast they charged me $60.00 !!! Never again !!

The staff is terrible. They asked me to leave my key to them as my parking bay is blocking some other's car, which is normal. However, before I collected my key, I went to my car and found it UNLOCKED. When I came to talk with the staff, they said they are busy so they forget to lock it. They refuse to apologize and no sorry at all. What's more, they said, if you dislike this, don't park here! Worst staff I have ever seen. Leaving customers car unlocked is not SECURE at all!
