The hotel was great - we had a really pleasant suite with nice views over Dunedin. The staff were friendly and gave some of the best customer service I have had from hotels for a long time. The restaurant evening meal was good value and we'll presented.

You guys made a very special effort to ensure my stay was as good as it could be following the problems with bookings last week. This in spite of the booking problem not even being your fault but that of the booking agent. A big thank you.

One day only at this hotel, loved everting about it, if at all the bathroom was a bit dated and no bathtub But huge rooms and facilities
