Location is good for anyone doesn’t have a vehicle. Service and receptionists were awesome and helpful. Easy checkin with the tablet. We booked a twin room, which is huge. SkyTV was provided. The shower product was amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay apart from the pillows and the beds. The beds are soft which is ok but would be good if the thinner pillows were provided.

Brilliant Service. Fantastic, spacious room - clean and comfy, well equipped. Nice and quiet despite being right in town. We felt very cozy. Great room service and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The whole place has a nice, calm vibe.

I'm currently a guest here through work absolutely awful service 1st night I went to work  and wife saw me off down stairs upon going back inside to sit on couch and talk to her mum reception has asked my wife does she have a swipe card my wife responded yes and showed it to them reception has then taken the card and checked details and gone back and asked who the booking is under 2nd day she's been out most of the day to let me sleep she comes back up to room and then I get a phone call asking if my wife is with me. I get we may not look like your regular rich guests but this is beyond a joke haven't seen them ask anyone else or harass them like we have been I here till Monday certainly wish my work had booked somewhere else I would definitely not recommend and won't be returning Monday can't come quick enough

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast included in the executive twin queen bedroom. The view on the top floor was magnificent, the roomsnwas clean and spacious. The house keeping and reception including all the staff were so friendly and lovely to speak with. The breakfast selection was a lot but I would’ve liked it if it had changed sometimes but the food was delicious. Price was good, location was one of the best in the central octagon, close to many stores. All in all a good experience.

My visit to the Scenic Hotel was made 100% by the amazing staff on the front desk. They went to lots of trouble for me to have space for the tour coach parking,  making it easier for my passengers.  Secondly,  due to my late arrival,  the kitchen was 5 minutes from closing.  However,  they arranged for a yummy but simple dinner that was perfect.  The room was definitely superb and very comfortable.  The hotel and staff are truly amazing.
