Clean, well maintained, the hostess/owner is really nice and helpful. It was our second visit, and we don't regret the choice. The motel is in a good location and the price is reasonable. The owners are aware the noise can bother guests and they provide ear plugs may they be needed. The motel is a bit dated but things are working well and are not broken. There is no mould. The windows get a lots of condensation as they are single pane. The heater in the room I was it is old but effective. I would happily stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights here and could not have been happier. Our room was great, our welcome was warm and our host could not have been more friendly and helpful. We really liked the location and that we could walk into town so easily. Dunedin is a great place and this location was a perfect place to explore it from. Thanks for having us

Loved this place. Clean and tidy and the staff go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Close to Restaurants, pubs shops and parks
