Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, and fair prices. This was one of my best motel experiences. The manager went out of his way to help us find options for meals and locations in Dunedin. He also assisted with minor things we needed. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. Free WiFi and SkyTV was great and good bandwidth. The location made it a short walk to restaurants and university locations.

The Motel is clean and quiet and with a great and friendly service from staff. it is located not to far away from the Octagon, and just around the corner from the Otago Museum. It is perfect for a weekend or a holiday visit to Dunedin.

Recently stayed here while my dad was in hospital. Amazing owners could not do enough for us. Lovely clean and warm unit would recommend for anyone.
