Amross Motel is having best location in Dunedin which is not far from center area and quiet. Rooms were big and well equipped for our staying. The host was so friendly and nice to us, provided all the needful information. Wonderful experience in Dunedin.

Great location, within walking distance to the CBD with off-street parking. Loved the cooking facilities electric stove, chopping board, toaster, kettle, plates/bowls etc with a good selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate with milk provided. Hosts were very lovely and welcoming too. Was clean and spacious as well with black out curtains and in a quiet area. Appreciated the complimentary Netflix access as well. We really enjoyed the stay here.
I've been coming to this hotel everytime I visit Dunedin because everything is great the owners Barry and Donna are very welcoming and are available all the time location is next to central and off the main road so it's quiet the rooms are as clean as they can be and well maintained and the price is just right for me would definitely recommend if you want to stay a few nights in DunedinnThank you Donna and Barry for this amazing Motel
Donna and Barry were amazing, made our stay very relaxed and easy. So helpful and friendly. The Amross is the ideal place to stay with free off street parking, spacious, clean and well thought out rooms and fantastic location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, uni, Forsyth Stadium and much more. We were there to attend the Pink concert and walked there and back easily. Highly recommend. Thank you.nAnge, Rach and Mel
