Nice place. Great staff, clean rooms and facilities, free WiFi, good location. Only mild inconvenience was that both sets of outlets near my bed didn't work.

We booked and pre-paid the room from Agoda. But when we arrived, they told us there’s no room because of system double booking. We asked them to contact Agoda and refund us, but the manager refused to do anything with really bad attitude saying “It’s your money I don’t care”. It seems like they wanna take advantage of it instead of being responsible to fix the problem. It was really disappointing.
