I have never been so impressed by a motel and ive stayed at many the rooms are amazing the management is outstanding the staff are welcoming and amazing cater for all needs   dog friendly     i have been here 2weeks and i have been treated  like a queen it is  amazing  i have nothing to say other then book your room here you will love   it

Fantastic place to stay, staff are amazingly accommodating and the owners were awesome to deal with, even went out of their way to make sure I was settled in and knew where the alley way was to the  takeaways etc as I had never stayed in Dunedin before.

Cable Court Motel is a comfortable walk to the University, student housing, the botanical garden, museums, the train station, down town … I enjoyable my 12 day stay there while my daughter moved into her University housing and became familiar to the area. Cable Court Motel is clean and comfortable, the kitchenette was very useful to us. The staff made us feel very comfortable and treated us like family. I will be staying there next time I am in Dunedin

Love this place!! Clean, friendly staff,  modern and well decorated rooms with super affordable fees.  It's definitely going to be my go-to accommodation when visiting Uni friends!

Only $120 a night.  The reception girl very helpful.  Good smile .  Also she give me a glass bottle milk .nNot a like other motel . Paper box milk.
