I have been a C&S lover for a few years now - just popped another order in, this time for a gorgeous new armchair which I am so excited for! The staff I dealt with were amazing, especially with worldwide freight issues making their jobs so difficult at the moment! Couldn't recommend more highly.

Bought 2 ottomans and they were too big for the space when I got them delivered. Both are still in their packaging. They refuse exchange them for something else I was willing to spend more, they refuse to take them back I was willing to pay a restocking fee. No options given at all. I would never ever buy from them again. Why take the risk when there are so many retailers who actually care about their customer experience.

I am very happy with rugs I purchased from Canvas and Sasson, they add a luxurious feel and great colour to my BnB.

Loving my Khaleesi Ottoman or pouffe as my grandma calls it and I can't thank C + S staff enough for helping me choose the right style for my home. Excellent service with very friendly staff.

Have many C+S items and the quality is beyond- customer service has always been amazing! Timeless pieces that last forever.

My partner and I ordered a table from this place over 12 months ago and we’re still waiting for it to arrive! Absolute joke of a company!
