I got serviced by Sheldon, who has given me the best experience I have ever had as a customer, he was very professional and made everything so smooth. I know it is a crazy period for them with the new Note 9 release but Sheldon had kept on top of things and made sure I got my order not only in time but with the colour I wanted. I will definitely be shopping with Samsung again not only because of their great product but because of Sheldon as well.
This place truly has amazing customer service. I had a cracked s8+ and went there to have it repaired. Staff handled it very fast, no hassle and professional. They gave me a loan phone for free as I said I didn't have any spare phones. So I got to use that while the repair was being done. Took 2 days, I dropped it off on Monday afternoon and picked it up Wednesday afternoon. They gave the whole check list of it being tested when i came to pick it up. so glad I went here instead of any other repair shop. Whole experience was trouble free, and very professional. Awesome staff.
I took my Samsung S8 to the team at Macquarie for a repair. They were very knowledgeable and keen to help me. The phone was returned to me one day later fixed under warranty. They were so much more helpful than the other Samsung shop I tried first. Many thanks for your great service.
THANK YOU to Kevin F - the American. I am an aged person, took my first ever Smart phone to the Samsung Clinic. It was a very positive experience, with Kevin's patience and "no rush" manner, as such, I did not feel too "silly" asking too questions. Highly recommend the Clinic Services and the support from the Tech guy.
Came in for a screen repair but couldn't get it done. Asian girl seems to love wasting time and is not resolution focused. She spent a good while lecturing me on why I should have backed up my phone myself before arriving when I had told her I'm terrible at that stuff and haven't been able to figure it out. She did eventually say she would help but in the end it took her an hour to do nothing and suggest I go home to try by myself on a computer. Just a waste of time. Update: It has been increasingly hard to charge my phone since leaving the store and I'm thinking the reason she couldn't complete the backup was because she was trying to force several wrong plugs into the charger port before she most likely broke it. It now makes sense why it seemed like it would take her 5 minutes to figure out she had the wrong wires in her hand... over and over again. It now clicks in and out of connecting and I can't get it to charge fully. It charged perfectly before my visit.
Made a few phone calls on different Samsung stores and couldn't find a better deal than here in Samsung Macquarie Centre. Sheldon was really great! Was able to help me out with buying a Christmas/birthday gift for my mom : amazing customer service! Thank you so much Sheldon! Ever want the worst communications, customer service company - then Samsung win the game here. 14 working days without a mobile due to battery fault and absolutely no communication at store level. Head Office just as bad, if not WORSE! You can't telephone them as they have no phone at the store. I find this laughable, questionable and ridiculous for a communications company, and everything has to be done via email. ?????? No-one at store level has a phone???? And they work for Samsung???? LOL. Trying to deal with them was difficult. The most simplistic things complicated them. "We'll call you when the handset is ready" How? You had the handset and offered no courtesy handset. Considering this was all warranty And why do all the staff give themselves such great reviews on here? I find that a bit off putting, as they're service borders on disgraceful after what they put my elderly Mother through. Instead of the staff writing their own great reviews - take a look at your lack of service and concentrate more on that. I usually don't have time to write reviews, but when prompted by idiots like what I had to deal with within this organisation, I do.
After having moisture issues with my Galaxy S8+, and no luck with the telco I use, I went to Samsung Macquarie. Sheldon rendered excellent customer service. He gave me all the relevant information and rectified the problem I was having in a very short space of time. I will happily visit Samsung Macquarie again.
Bad experience with Samsung Macquarie center. First attempt failed as i asked them why i cannot connect my flagship phone to any usb device and 2-3 people worked on my phone and just said they cannot fix it and it is a weired problem! Then I realised that i just had to make my phone visible to other devices by pressing a button! Second time i got there and asked for some advice regarding screen protector the guy was acting like he is in hurry and i am just wasting his time very terrible customer service. * Samsung I am happy with the device so far, but please work on your customer service!
Very happy with my new phone that I purchased from this store recently. Sheldon was very helpful in explaining the differences between devices and I ended up with a device that suits my needs perfectly. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
